We've added some safety features such as providing face masks for guests, providing access to healthcare professionals, making first-aid kits readily available, installing hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel, and following stringent safety protocols. We are promoting social distancing as suggested by local authorities, and have installed screens or physical barriers between staff and guests in appropriate areas—cashless payment is also available. In addition, guests have the option to cancel any cleaning service for their accommodations during their stay. All rooms and suites are rigorously sanitized between guests, and all linens, towels, and laundry are cleaned in accordance with local authority guidelines. For dining, food delivery is available and we are practicing physical distancing in the dining areas.
